Campaign Match

For volunteers

Help a campaign close to home.

Most people who want to help a local campaign never find out who needs them. The campaign is three people and a kitchen table, and the volunteer is one county over with free Saturdays. Campaign Match puts both on the same list.

Your county, and the ones next to it if you will drive.

What you share

Your first name. Your state and home county. How far you will go: your county, your county and the ones next to it, anywhere in the state, or remote only. What you can do, from a fixed list. When you are usually free: weekdays, weeknights, weekends. An optional note, such as "I have a truck" or "I can design flyers."

What you do not share

No street address. No phone number. No last name. Your email address is on your account for logging in, and campaigns do not see it until you and the campaign have both agreed to connect.

What you see

Open needs from approved campaigns that fit your roles, your travel range and your availability, newest first. Each one shows the campaign, the office, the county, the role, when, how many people and the campaign's note. If something fits, press "I'm interested". If a campaign invites you first, you accept or decline.

When you connect

After the campaign accepts your interest, or you accept their invitation, you see the campaign's contact name and email address on the match, and they see yours. Email them. Campaign Match does not send anything on your behalf. If you change your mind, withdraw; the addresses are hidden again straight away.
