Small campaigns need people. People want to help. Find each other by county.
Campaign Match is a free board for county-level races. A campaign posts what it needs. A volunteer says what they can do, where and when. When the two fit, each side gets a short list and decides who to contact.
No payments. No public list. Email addresses move only when both sides say yes.

Sam
A need and a volunteer match on three things
No ranking and no guessing. The need's role is one the volunteer offered, the county is inside the volunteer's travel range, and the timing overlaps. All three or nothing.
Role
Fourteen roles, from door-knocking to treasurer. The need names one; the volunteer ticks the ones they can do.
Place
A need sits in one county. A volunteer says how far they will go: their county, the counties next to it, the whole state, or remote only.
Time
Weekdays, weeknights, weekends. A need asks for one kind of time; a volunteer says which kinds they have.
If you want to help
Three steps for volunteers
Make a short profile.
First name, home county, how far you will travel, what you can do and when you are free. No street address or phone number.

Open needs from approved campaigns in your area, newest first, with the campaign, the office, the county, the role and the timing.

When the campaign accepts, you see each other's email address and take it from there.

Three steps for campaigns
Add your campaign.
Candidate or committee name, office, the counties the race covers, election date. Campaign Match reviews it before anyone sees it.
Post what you need.
Six door-knockers on Saturday in one county. A treasurer. Someone to fix the website. Each need says the role, where, when and how many.
See who fits and invite them.
You see first name, county, roles and availability. When a volunteer accepts, you both get the email address.
School board. Township trustee. County commissioner. State house.
These are the races where a dozen volunteers decide whether the yard signs go up before the weekend. Most of them run on group texts and a spreadsheet. Campaign Match gives the campaign and the people who want to help one shared list, sorted by county.
Each need also says when, where and how many people. A volunteer who lives one county over and will drive sees it; a volunteer who only works remotely sees the remote jobs.
It is free. There are no payments and nothing to buy.

Privacy, in one paragraph
Volunteers share a first name and a county. Campaigns see that, plus roles and availability, and only after Campaign Match has approved the campaign. Nobody's email address is shown until both sides say yes. Either side can withdraw, and a volunteer can delete their account and everything in it.
Ready when you are
A profile takes a couple of minutes. A need takes less.
