Campaign Match

For campaigns

Say what you need. See who fits.

Campaign Match is for the campaigns that do not have a volunteer coordinator, or whose volunteer coordinator is also the candidate's spouse. County commission, school board, township trustee, city council, state house, a levy committee. If your whole operation fits in a group text, this is for you.

What you add

Candidate or committee name, the office sought, the state and the counties the race covers, the election date, a website if you have one, a short description and a contact name. That is the whole listing. We review it before any volunteer sees it, usually to check that it names a real race and a real office.

What you post

A need is one job: the role, which of your counties it is in (or remote), when, how many people, and a short note such as where to meet and what to bring. Post as many as you like and mark each one filled when it is. Volunteers who fit a need see it on their board, newest first.

What you see

For each open need, two lists. Volunteers who match it, showing first name, county, the roles they offered and when they are free. And volunteers who have said they are interested in that need. You can invite anyone on the first list; you can accept or decline anyone on the second. Nothing else about a volunteer is shown until you are connected.

When you connect

Once a volunteer has accepted your invitation, or you have accepted their interest, you both see each other's email address on the match. Take it from there by email. Campaign Match does not send the email for you. If plans change, withdraw and the address is hidden again.

What it costs

Nothing. There are no payments, no plans and nothing to upgrade to.

Need a website too? Grassroots Hub builds them for campaigns like yours.
